Job Description

• You own, manage and further optimise the reporting for all marketing channels
• You monitor and analyse relevant business trends to identify opportunities and proactively share recommendations with our marketing- and other business teams
• You analyse and visualise data to provide actionable insights required for the optimisation of our marketing efforts
• You collaborate closely with various marketing teams to translate non-technical requests into actionable analysis that help optimising the marketing efficiency further
• You take ownership in the setup, implementation, monitoring and success measurement of our marketing incentive campaigns
• You critically review, define and implement relevant KPIs to optimise our client acquisition and -retention
• You take ownership in the optimisation of the marketing cost, -budget and -performance reporting processes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the field of digital analytics in a high growth environment with large amounts of data
• Strong SQL skills. Familiarity with Python and dbt
• Strong understanding of relevant business- and marketing metrics and methodologies (i.e. cohorts, CLV, marketing attribution)
• Experience in data visualization (e.g. via tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, Looker)
• Familiarity with databases structure, data cleaning and data modeling
• A passion for solving problems analytically and the ability to translate your results into actionable recommendations for business teams (i.e. marketing)
• Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership. Attention to detail and processes
• Previous experience in Finance or regulated markets is a plus
• You are fluent in English; German is advantageous but not required
