Operations Manager - Order Management (f/m/d)

What you'll do:

• ensure a smooth process of fulfilling orders with the current inventory and thereby directly influence the fulfillment operations - you are the most important touchpoint to the logistics department
• conduct sanity checks, quality assurance measures and serve as single point of truth for the fulfillment operations quality
• diligently import customer orders into the ERP
• directly shape the customer experience by ensuring a cutting edge quality measure in the fulfillment process

What you’ll need:

• fluency in English, German skills are a plus
• stress resistance and a very good sense for urgent topics as well as customers' needs
• a confident handling of MS Office and Google Workspace
• great organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
• initial professional experience - we’re also open for career changers!
