For our Retail Operations Department, at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for a

GLOBAL RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER (100%)

The Global Retail Operations Manager is responsible for the growth of Retail sales within the internal Retail network, defining strategy and implementing projects based on Brand and Retail targets together with IWC’s international market teams. The role is allocated within the central Retail team and acts together with the Global Retail Activation Manager as a facilitator between local boutiques, market teams, and various HQ stakeholders and reports directly to the Head of D2C.

YOUR MISSION.

Objectives & Priorities:

• Identification and translation of local client demand into central Retail actions and initiatives
• Connecting link between IWC local Retail Operations, Richemont group, and IWC HQ stakeholders to ensure market adequate development and implementation of retail tools
• Co-ownership of all relevant Retail KPIs for the global network and ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations of IWC’s internal boutiques to maximize client satisfaction and secure budget achievement
• Ensuring group compliance standards across all boutiques and providing supporting training/materials

Operations:

• Coaching local markets to support them in achieving their KPIs and targets based on field experience and best practices from global markets
• Ensuring strong Retail analytics in markets and at HQ to drive performance
• Leading quantitative and qualitative omnichannel initiatives to enhance the IWC client experience
• Drive consistency and compliance across all internal boutiques and HQ guidelines in terms of operational processes together with central Marketing, CX, and Sales team
• Sharing best practices and support in the implementation between all of IWC’s boutiques and E-Com
• Definition of job profiles for boutique staff and support of local teams in adequate recruiting
• Design and implementation of D2C incentive schemes for boutique staff in line with brand targets
• Active leadership in the Retail network and product strategy as well as evolution with all stakeholders

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

• +5 years of Retail management and boutique experience in different markets
• Full business proficiency in English, additional language skills are beneficial
• Expert knowledge of SAP/DARE and Salesforce systems (front- and back-end)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills within an international environment
• Strong ability to read numbers and translate them into practical concepts
• Highly stress-resistant personality that easily communicates in an international environment
