Your mission
For our growing cybersecurity startup we are looking for tech-savvy, hands-on accounting support (all genders) for ~20 hours / week. You enjoy working in a small team and would like to make the world safer with joint forces? Then don’t hesitate and send us your application.
Your role at Tenzir:
You manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
You monitor and analyze accounting data and enter the data in relevant sheets, e.g., financial reports, budget, inventory, or similar.
You are ready to establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
You work closely with our Administration Team and tax advisor, reporting to the COO.
You maintain and challenge existing tools to make sure the Accounting Department has the best possible technical setup.
You also take over generic tasks if needed, as typical in a startup, e.g., helping out in event planning or other logistics.
Your profile
Our ideal candidate:
You have several years of professional experience as a personal assistant or in a comparable position, ideally in a fast-growing corporate environment.
You bring experience in the area of finance and controlling (e.g., taking over accounting preparations) and can easily learn new tools.
You have solid Google Workspace skills (Docs & Sheets) and ideally have experience with Slack and other tools typically used in startups.
You pay high attention to detail and accuracy.
You are good at structuring and organizing documents and knowledge.
You are stress-resistant, don't get quickly rattled and have the ability to multitask.
You have excellent written and spoken skills in German and English.
