You will be responsible for supporting the Workplace Experience Manager with the coordination of functions across all workplaces in Italy, including but not limited to:
Tracking requests and compiling regular activity reports
Managing the any filing systems necessary for tracking work/supplier invoices
Covering the front desk/help desk as needed
Provide logistical support for office-based events, including but not limited to catering and refreshments, set-up and removal
Supporting with any local sustainability initiatives
Ensure workplace spaces are booked accordingly
Support with workplace-specific communications and newsletters
Participate in local workplace projects and events as needed
Liaise with local suppliers and partners, for example, cleaners, caterers
Support the Workplace Experience Manager with any other tasks to support the proper coordination of the office
