Job description

In your new role you will:

• Assist in the preparation of technical, business, marketing and management presentations and decision documents, including follow ups
• Contribute, document and moderate project and leadership team meetings
• Support the complete business spectrum from innovation over technology, markets, manufacturing, customers and management with regards to operational and strategic topics
• Contribute to reporting activities for different areas including R&D and product management
• Work on the improvement and extension of data analysis, as well as ensuring data maintenance
• Act as an interface between management and other stakeholders within and beyond the Product Line
• Be responsible for communication activities to keep the global organization updated

Your Profile

As a Specialist Project Office for ProductLine Sensors, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. Lastly, you enjoy developing your knowledge and skills.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in a science subject, engineering or business administration
• Already gained first experience in project management, consulting, development or marketing
• You are organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate on all organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data
• Very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, moreover Tableau, Confluence and Klusa would be a plus
• Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
