We are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to help us keep things organized.
This position sits right at the heart of our business, communicating regularly with our entire staff, management and owners, as well as external service providers. It includes:
operations, back office, administration and finance. Therefore, we are looking for someone that is excited to support operational and administrative needs.
As the office manager in Yafo:
- You handle general office work as well as delivery, logistics, post & mail and property management
- You are the first contact person for employees, customers and external service providers
- You create an update of the records and database
- You provide financial oversight
- You manage invoices, payslips, and contracts
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years experience in office work, management assistance, bookkeeping or similar
- Availability of 30-40 hrs per week
- Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and diligence
- Experience in accounting and/or HR
