Volkswagen Payment Systems GmbH is an integrated payment product and technology provider, mainly focused on Automotive OEMs and Mobility services. We enable the digital revolution of connected cars and mobility services of Volkswagen Group by offering innovative payment products and technology platform. As a result of the new joint venture between Volkswagen Financial Services and J.P. Morgan, our strategic goal is to enable also other automotive brands and mobility service providers in their digitalization process.
Our focus is on delivering an end-to-end integrated payment platform, offering fully white labeled payment products and services as well as our consulting expertise to scale and to reshape the future of the automotive e-commerce in the connected car as well as the mobility service space and beyond.
Our end-to-end integrated payment platform covers the entire payment flow: starting from onboarding, opening wallet accounts, fraud prevention and risk checks, payment processing, routing, reconciliation, collection and settlement, billing, booking and account receivable management to reporting.
We provide tailor made payment use cases for the digital mobility use cases like parking tickets, car sharing, charging, fueling, tolling and other mobility service marketplaces. We enable innovative frictionless omni-channel payments including In-Car channels.

Job description
As an Office Manager based in Munich, you will be responsible to support our product development and roll-out activities with your experience in managing a daily company organization as well as hiring new team members and getting them onboarded to supprort our future growth. You will need to act as a pro-active team player, with the clear perspective to further develop your knowledge and drive your personal growth. This position is rewarded with an attractive compensation package.
Your responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources activities, like organizing the onboarding process and finding accommodation for new hires
- Ensure smooth running of the office and related processes (like vacation requests in system, checking correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments) as well as provide general administrative support to the team
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Manage travel bookings and expenses for management
- Ordering and Inventory Management of all office equipment, including IT equipment including laptops/ phones
- Drive the accounts payable process in uploading invoices, getting approvals, and tracking the payment status
- Organizing company events or conferences
- Maintaining records and filing
Your qualification
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, ideally also German
- Attention to detail
- Previous, recent experience in a similar role
- Must be a self-starter enjoying taking responsibility and who is able to get things done efficiently and independently
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize tasks while remaining highly organized
