Our client operates as a specialist insurer, for mobile phones and devices for the European market. The offer ranges from the assumption of repair costs to the replacement in case of total damage or loss of the device. Due to the high demand, we are looking for you (m/f/d) as an expansion to the existing Customer Service team.
Your tasks as a Customer Service rep :
- You inform potential customers about the services and package options
- You capture customer data in the system and create insurance policies
- You deal with damage reports
- You maintain contract data (addresses, bank details, device data)
Do you have what it takes:
- You are reliable and enjoy taking responsibility
- Excellent listener and persuasive speaker
- Understand the importance of professionalism
- Fluent in Norwegian
