For the Customer Support of the subscription paying customers, we are looking for several experienced Customer Service reps (m/f/d) who take care of their questions and requests. The Dutch Customer Service / customer support is in charge of written and telephone enquieries on the following topics:
- Activation of the trial subscription
- Awarding bonuses for new customers
- Explanation of the different compensation options
- Invoice clarification and crediting
- Maintenance of customer master data (address, bank data)
The following skills are required for the Dutch customer support:
- Service and customer oriented
- Affinity to commercial issues
- Interest in modern remuneration systems
- Willingness to continue to develop the Dutch market
- Willing to work in shifts
- Fluent in Dutch and English
