As Media Manager International (m/w/d) you are responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our international media activities.
Tasks:
- Orchestrate international media strategy development process from communication development to post-campaign analysis for various channels (TV, digital, print, OOH etc.)
- Analyze the success of campaigns and derive actionable recommendations
- Focus on media effectiveness and efficiency to drive ROI
- Improve / Develop our channel specific media tactics
- Development of international standards for budget & campaign reporting
- Support in pitch-projects
- Be in constant exchange with our local marketing managers across Europe
- Analyze target audiences, competitors, trends, developments, and innovations in the media landscape
- Drive our innovation agenda through local pilots, game changer projects and know-how sharing
- Act as an internal consultant for various stakeholders regarding media
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication sciences, ideally with a focus on media, marketing, or a related field
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in media strategy, planning, and/or purchasing
- Expertise in data-driven media activations, performance KPI analysis & optimization
- Global mindset and experience with cross-country strategies, potentially within an international unit of a media agency
- Ideally, technical understanding and experience with digital media solutions such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV 360, DMP, CDP
- Goal-oriented project management and strong affinity for numbers and logical thinking
- Team player, hands-on mentality, and a solution-oriented way of working
- Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Very good analytical skills as well as convincing presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English and very good in German (written and spoken)
