As a future Marketing Manager, you will report to Head of Digital Marketing and Customer Experience, and you will be part of AXA IM Alts - Client Group.

You will support the implementation and execution of a global marketing strategy for AXA IM Alts.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to AXA IM Alts’s global marketing strategy by developing and implementing the following areas:

• Lead on AXA IM Alts global events activities:
  
  • Plan and execute events, on line, physical and hybrid, both sponsored and proprietary
  • Manage the event preparation, from developing content with the speakers, preparing the marketing material, issuing invites and evaluation
  • Host and manage webcasts
  • Liaise with external suppliers and third party organisations
  • Prepare social media posting to promote events activity
  • Manage the post event follow ups, gathering feedback and issuing recommendations
    
• Digital Marketing:
  • Produce and distribute newsletters for events, strategy, thought leadership
  • Manage and maintain marketing campaign via the CRM database (salesforce)
  • Lead on the webcast channel Brightalk: management of the channel for brand promotion and webcast hosting
  • Ability to learn and maintain the CMS for the current and new website
    
• Corporate Marketing and corporate marketing literature
  • Prepare newsletters to assist with the promotion of the range of funds identified as priorities 
  • Respond to internal marketing requests
  • Execution of relevant campaigns 
    
• Provide day-to-day marketing support to the head of digital marketing:
  • Advise, plan and execute marketing initiatives to support team leaders with clear and engaging messages
  • Write email communication (newsletters) and presentations
  • As part of this role, the candidate will have to collaborate with colleagues in London, Paris and the rest of Europe: Legal and Compliance, Design, Communication, Research and Strategy

Your qualifications and experience:

• Previous relevant experience in a marketing department (financial services experience is preferred)
• Digital and web experience (CRM, e-marketing campaigns, digital activation, webcast) 
• Marketing skills: develop and implement marketing strategy
• Experience in marketing campaign management and activation 
• Event planning and execution
• Budget planning and management
• Ability to develop content 
• Strong oral and writing, proofreading and editing skills in English
• Demonstrated project and process management skills
• Understanding of financial services (asset management and capital markets)
• Additional language proficiency is a plus

• Ability to develop and nurture strong working relationship with multiple stakeholders, notably senior managers
• Proven ability to prioritise and respect timelines and budget
