Job Description
As part of our partnerships team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of fintech. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning influencer cooperations end-to-end: From strategic planning to reporting
- Establishing, directing, and optimizing collaborations with influencers from the finance and non-finance sector, ranging from micro to mega influencers, and from local to international influencers
- Conducting self-directed and detail-oriented research of prospective influencers with a high target audience fit
- Planning and leading influencer campaigns in accordance with our marketing and content strategy. This includes driving the creation of supporting assets and steering the influencers’ content creation in alignment with our strategic goals
- Communicating and reporting the progress of ongoing partnerships marketing activities to key stakeholders, and forecasting future opportunities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, and/or partnerships marketing in a leading start-up, agency, or consultancy
- A creative mindset with strong knowledge of current and upcoming social media trends, and a familiarity with working with influencers
- An established network in the influencer landscape and a knowledge of finance/investing topics
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- A strong understanding of marketing KPIs and strong ability for analytical and solution-based thinking, while also considering the ‘bigger picture’
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English. Additional languages are a plus
