IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

- Provide support with Microsoft Windows operating systems, end-user client applications, professional business applications, and underlying technological concepts, including basic TCP/IP networking
- Apply your solid experience in advanced Windows (10) client system troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot remotely through an IT Helpdesk to address end-user incidents and requests
- Use your excellent communication skills to connect with internal and external parties to resolve end-user incidents and requests
- Demonstrate your advanced problem-solving skills in a logical and methodical manner
- Apprenticeship in IT, computer science, or computer engineering
- At least two years experience in an IT support role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Knowledgeable about Windows 10, Office 365, and mobile clients
- Experience with ticket systems and ticket routing
- Able to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficient in English and good knowledge of German
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
