Job description

As an HR Trainee: Contract Management & Mailing Support, you will support your team with administrative tasks related to the onboarding of new hires in our Germany locations. You will be responsible for handling Contract Management-related tasks while ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.
In your new role, you will:

• Have a significant impact on driving our organization forward by ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires and handling important tasks (e.g. printing and sending employment contract documents);
• Provide support to the team in handling pre- and onboarding requests across all European locations;
• Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, such as Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across all European sites;
• Perform data maintenance tasks and data quality checks;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on new hires.

Your Profile

You are a responsible and accurate team player, with great communication skills. You are a fast learner, who excels in international environments and are always ready for new challenges.
You are best equipped for this role if you:

• Have a degree in Humanities or Social Sciences, Business Administration, or have completed vocational training in Office Management;
• Possess excellent communication skills and can easily convey information to colleagues and stakeholders;
• Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and willingness to take on new challenges;
• Can learn quickly and adapt easily to new situations and tasks;
• Thrive in an international team environment;
• Have a good command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of German would be a plus.
