We are looking for a driven and dynamic HR Business Partner who's not afraid to challenge the status quo. Our ideal team member is someone who understands the needs of our IT-business and provides innovative HR solutions that align with our values.

What you'll do

• Acting as the go-to person for all HR relevant topics
• Providing HR advice and guidance to our managers along the whole employee lifecycle
• Managing employee relations
• Ensuring the execution of central HR process within your area of responsibility
• Developing and executing HR initiatives to support the business goals and foster employee engagement
• Collaborating with the international HR team to deliver innovative HR solutions

You should have

• Several years of experience in a holistic HR position, ideally in technology area / IT
• A deep understanding of HR best practices and policies
• A proven track record of delivering results
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Knowledge of Austrian labor market incl. Labor Law, knowing the Slovakian labor market is a benefit
• Understanding of the needs and expectations of tech talents, our main target group
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire others
• The ability to work collaboratively as well as to build consensus and strong relationships
• A passion for technology and innovation

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 56.448,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
