This person will be responsible for HR excellence across the Nordics, the Head of HR will play an integral role in embedding a differentiated and credible employee experience across the full HR spectrum.
Key to the Head of HR success will be developing, through coaching and capability building, a strong service orientated HR team (of 8-10 FTEs) that enable the creation of a wonderful place to work.
The position reports directly to the VP Human Resources EMEA and located in our Headquarters in Lynge, Denmark.
What you will do
- Embed solid foundational practices and governance that ensure compliant and transparent HR processes and
practices. - Elevate capability levels of HR team to partner closely with the business and be considered a trusted advisor and
employee advocate. - Collaborate with global functions and COE’s to deliver relevant initiatives ensuring fit for purpose and good
stakeholder management with both a local and global lens. - Comfortably use data to drive insights that help to manage stakeholders and enable them to make aligned
decisions as enterprise leaders across the HQ site. - Partner with global functions to ensure a consistent application of global process like performance management,
talent management, reward processes, culture programs, DE&I and the like for the HQ site. - Business partner to the site leadership team coaching and supporting them on their leadership impact and
collective role in driving engagement and aligned culture for the HQ. - Champion WSA to external parties and forums where applicable to amplify our employer attractivity.
- Manage local union relationship in Denmark and set the frame of engagement to ensure mutually beneficial
outcomes. - Build, develop, coach, inspire and retain HR talents in the headquarters and in the region to enable a credible and
quality employee experience. - Trusted sparring partner to the VP HR for the region.
What you will bring
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in human resource functions in a large organization or MNC with good HR practices and programs, of which at least 3 must be in a country HR role
- Solid experience in Danish, Norway and Sweden labor regulations
- Solution and action oriented with strong experience dealing with local HR issues including dealing with unions / workers' counsel
- Experience interacting with local and global senior executives / C-level
- Experience building and engaging a team.

- Ability to handle ambiguity in a HQ environment with strong opinion leaders and many facets of interest

- Displaying strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with people across all levels and seniority
- A creative and innovative individual to drive and bring new ideas to the team.
