As a QA/QC Coordinator at Halliburton, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our drilling operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with drilling experience in Saudi Arabia who are well-versed in QA/QC processes, speak both English and Arabic fluently, and possess the required certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drilling Expertise: Utilize your drilling experience in Saudi Arabia to effectively oversee and manage QA/QC processes related to Snubbing operations with Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWO).
- Bilingual Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in both English and Arabic to facilitate clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Certification and Auditing: Possess valid Saudi certifications for commissioning of drilling rigs and qualifications as an auditor to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- SAP Knowledge: Utilize your proficiency in SAP software to establish and manage maintenance plans for equipment, contributing to operational efficiency.
- Aramco Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of Saudi Aramco drilling manuals and stay up-to-date with the latest Aramco drilling and workover manual requirements.
- Snubbing Experience: Experience in Snubbing HWO operations is a valuable asset that will enhance your contribution to the role.
Expectations:
- Equipment Review: Thoroughly review and inspect all equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Certification Management: Oversee the certification and re-certification of equipment, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date like of Blue Books.
- SAP Maintenance Plans: Establish and maintain SAP maintenance plans for drilling equipment, contributing to efficient operations.
- Commissioning: Participate in unit commissioning with Aramco to ensure a seamless and successful process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in drilling operations in Saudi Arabia with a focus on QA/QC.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Valid Saudi certifications for commissioning of drilling rigs and auditing qualifications Quality Management System such as ISO 9000, API, ESME
- Proficiency in SAP software.
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Well Control manuals.
- Experience in Snubbing operations is a plus.
