We currently are recruiting, as a Maternity Leave Cover, a Demand Manager.
What will you do?
- Play a key role managing the regional Sales and Operations. Planning process, ensuring high standards of forecast accuracy and alignment with the financial planning process.
- Responsible for Demand Planning and stock management in ITALY and across 10 different countries and multiple distribution channels. Coordinate and supervise the local Demand Manager and logistics for ADC products and customers.
- Playing a key role to enhance CDR process providing high quality of content and data to senior management supporting decision making process
More Specifically:
- Coordinate and lead the monthly consensus forecasting process, interacting closely with numerous departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance and ADC Area Demand Management. Challenge assumptions behind demand forecast and building multiple scenarios to prevent any risks linked to supply issues. Coordinate and define proposal reallocation of products by countries work with EMEA to keep reasonable DOH level according to business needUnderstanding of new product introduction and actively work with commercial excellence team to define the demand forecast and anticipate any risks or opportunities to support the business .
- Extract, collate, analyse, interpret and forecast data as required for both existing products and potential new products.
- Develop and maintain demand planning software statistical forecast by item and by customer.
- Identify and promptly highlight exceptions to the forecasts on an ongoing basis, providing root cause explanations for key drivers of forecast variance. Communicate/intervene in a speedy and constructive way to minimise business risks.
- KPI variance analysis and commentary updates to be provided to Area Demand Manager.
- Manage the stock to ensure market demand is fulfilled at all time through a timely and effective forecast submission
- Provide input and recommendations to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Work closely with local Demand Manager giving directions and guidance and lead the regional demand process . Be a key role for coordinating and prepare the IBP deck preparation on monthly basis ensuring full alignment across RSEE and commercial leads in the countries.
- Ensure high quality of data delivered to senior management to maintain a constant communication to EMEA and full understanding of market and business dynamics leading to a better accuracy overall
Who are you?
- Adequate University Degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or 5 year of experience in a similar position
- Highly analytical with a demonstrable track record of achieving successful results utilising varied and complex information sources.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Strong communication and influencing management skills to interact with different stakeholders across the organization and coordinate process and people in a high complex environment
- responsible of making recommendations to Senior Managers based on analysis of data and information and good presentation skills Able to produce high quality reports with minimal errors.
