PRODLY | Demand Generation Manager

Location | Remote in Cyprus (Relocation mandatory)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Demand Generation strategies to drive qualified leads that contribute to sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, monitor and optimize short and long term, multi-channel Demand Generation campaigns to meet sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and events, to generate demand.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of Demand Generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure process and messaging alignment for effective lead handoff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Demand Generation or related marketing roles.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation and technology platforms (e.g., Pardot, LinkedIn, Google Advertising, Salesforce, G2, Qualified, 6Sense, "Dark Social").
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact.
  • Motivated and excited to contribute to an exciting organization and team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in marketing automation or related areas.
  • Salesforce ecosystem experience
