About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team and manage all areas of Demand Generation and B2B Growth, including performance marketing, customer engagement tactics, content marketing, field marketing, CRO, marketing operations and ABM.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies across various channels such as paid/organic search, paid social, events, webinars, partnerships, and email. These strategies should effectively drive sales pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Analyse CRM data to create impactful Demand Generation programs that engage and advance prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle. Use data insights to optimise campaigns and drive interest and conversions.
  • Set ambitious goals and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics along the customer journey. Establish lead scoring mechanisms to identify prospects' sales readiness and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams including Lead Management, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue/Sales Ops, and Marketing. Orchestrate growth initiatives across the funnel, maintaining a steady pipeline of high-quality accounts and contacts. Work with data teams to establish marketing contribution models.
  • Support the implementation of the marketing tech stack for ventures, partnering with sales and marketing operations teams. Build scalable acquisition and nurturing processes using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Leadfeeder, Unbounce, and others.
  • Deliver critical reporting and analysis to inform marketing optimization. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years in Growth or Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing and 2+ years in B2B Marketing (Enterprise or SMB sector)
  • Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing programmes to deliver profitable growth to target and on budget
  • Hands-on performance experience in Content Marketing, Paid Social, SEA and the ability to create and optimise campaigns that target specific B2B audiences
  • Experience in managing 6-digit marketing budgets and ability to plan and forecast customer acquisition
  • Experience in effectively leading ambitious teams or a network of freelancers and agencies
  • ABM and SEO experience is a bonus
  • Technically proficient in campaign targeting, testing measurement and optimization across various paid and owned channels
  • Having worked with at least one Marketing operation provider and strong cross functional Sales and Marketing understanding
  • Analytical chops, ability to analyse Marketing and Sales funnel data / metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Intellectually curious, empathetic, and driven to solve hard problems and able to thrive in fast-paced startups
  • Comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity and have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in both English and German

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
