The Tasks:

• Provide End User support for DaoPay Phone Payments (PaybyCall or SMS where customers pay via phone or mobile) and additional payment solutions
• Conducting all support levels (1,2 & 3) via chat, e-mail, post and phone
• Identify potential issues based upon incoming queries
• Assist the Fraud Department with transaction monitoring on a daily basis
• Maintain an open communication with other departments in the office

Your Profile:

• Studying any IT related fields of study
• Strong communication skills and willing to communicate with internal and external partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; German language is highly advantageous, additional languages welcome
• Interested in payment services
• Being a team player
• Solution oriented and willingness to grow in the company
• You enjoy a multi-tasking environment
• Good overall technical understanding
• Working knowledge of MS Office; tech savvy and knowledge of additional software is most welcome
