Our client is a global skincare, Fragrance and Body Care brand with a genuine ethical approach to its products, people and business. As a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) will be in charge of all Administrative and Service for the Sell-In customers, which include Wholesale, Department Stores, B2B, TV Channels, Corporate Gifts and Spa for all brands distributed by our client.
What you will be doing:
_Provide an outstanding Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship _Answer all inquiries from the Sell In customers in a timely manner (emails and calls)
Order management Delivery notification Packing list Tracking
_Manage the Customer Service inbox and respond to customer inquiries _Manage the order processing from creation to delivery _Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full to avoid charge backs _Manage and update all Customer Service logs and catalogs _Identify potential issues and make recommendations for solutions
