Start date: 02.04.2024 | Location: Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 20 - 40 h | Working hours: MO - SUN 24/7 | Salary: 2.152 - 2.352 €/month
Tasks
- Answering German or French and English customer queries on the phone
- Support by e-mail
- Help with technical questions about our products
Requirements
- Fluency English (C2-level) and very good knowledge of German / French
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Already knowledge of Customer Service
- Very good PC skills
- Valid work permit and residence in Berlin
- Willingness to work 5 times a week
