- You support with all aspects of claim management, e.g. avoidance of conflicts, complaints and lawsuits but also preparation of delay and obstruction notices, change orders, contract amendments etc.
- You act as a project-related contact person for identifying and evaluating opportunities and risks associated with contracts such as contractual, legal, operational, financial and commercial risks based on pre-defined values
- You review customer contracts to create a handover-matrix to assist the transitioning of a project from the sales to the implementation phase (e. g. penalties, timelines, insurance requirements etc.)
- You prepare contracts (framework and for individual projects) based on company standards and templates for suppliers and subcontractors
- You create templates as a basis for project purchasing in cooperation with Legal
- You provide feedback during legal/ commercial discussions on contract contents and open contract issues
- You manage contracts from draft to signature and collect necessary feedback from internal stakeholders
- You assist with the formalization and harmonization of practices for contract management and administration of contracts
