Form der Arbeit Amazon is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager for the Amazon Gift Cards business, whose mission it is to offer millions of customers best-in-class gifting and redemption experiences across electronic Gift Cards, physical Gift Cards, product vouchers, and Reload.
You will be responsible for driving increased Gift Cards conversion and redemption in Europe by delivering the right product positioning, selection, and features for Amazon customers. To do this, you will leverage data analysis and excellent communication skills while interacting with stakeholders across a variety of functional teams, regions, and levels of seniority.
This role reports to the Head of Amazon Gift Cards Experience (Europe) and has a Fixed Term of 12 months.
Key job responsibilities
- Increasing Amazon Gift Cards conversion by optimizing detail page and purchase funnel content based on customer behavior analysis and A/B testing, as well as building business cases for new features where investment is required.
- Working alongside the WW Gift Cards supply chain team to ensure the EU Gift Cards catalog remains relevant and cost-effective through new product launches and selection strategy.
- Collaborating with the EU Gift Cards Marketing team on business planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, as well as presenting your findings to senior leadership.
- Working with product management and tech teams to scope and prioritize relevant feature improvements based on customer behavior analysis.
- Supporting the Head of Gift Cards Experience in the improvement of customer-facing features such as “Return to Gift Card” and promotional rewards.
A day in the life
While no two days are the same in this role, on any given day you can typically expect to work on one or more of these areas:
- General content management activities (writing copy, briefing design teams)
- Data analysis (assessing product performance and customer behavior to build a forward-looking strategy, as well as communicating your vision via written narratives)
- Broader project work (scoping new opportunities for our business and delivering them alongside stakeholders before presenting your plan to leadership)

As part of this role, you will interact with worldwide stakeholders from a variety of functions including product, tech, design, finance, legal, supply chain, data science, and business intelligence to deliver the right features and content to Amazon customers.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate and share best practice with business and marketing teams across the broader Amazon Payment Products portfolio such as credit cards and installments.
