Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Country Busniess Leader for Austria, this senior role requires driving initiatives to enhance commercial excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness within the Diagnostic Business Unit (DX). The incumbent will collaborate with business unit heads to establish or execute commercial governance and improve tools across various business areas, including sales, marketing, logistics, tender management, and more. They will closely collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify challenges, implement improvement projects, and lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve results within set timelines and budgets.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. Business Operations Excellence:

· Serve as the first contact person for CRM tools (PowerBI and OSC), overseeing reporting, data maintenance, and controlling.

· Coordinate interface between office service and field service to ensure seamless operations.

· Monitor and coordinate tender management for public tenders, ensuring ring coordination.

· Optimize business processes across marketing, logistics, and other relevant areas to enhance overall operational efficiency.

2. Human Resources Support:

· Control expense reports and oversee vacation planning for Team AUT.

· Manage working time recording.

3. Sales and Project Controlling:

· Control expenses and costs related to sales activities.

· Oversee ongoing project budgets and timelines to ensure compliance.

4. Management Support:

· Provide support in reporting to the zone, budget planning, and document management.

· Ensure timeline compliance for various tasks and projects.

5. Apprentice Representative:

· Act as a representative for apprentices within the organization.

Your qualifications and experience:

Requirements:

· Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience in office management, sales coordination, and related fields.

· Proficiency in CRM tools (PowerBI and OSC).

· Excellent communication skills.

· Goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and assertive.

· Analytical thinking.

· Good/excellent verbal and written skills in German and English.

· Good time management skills.

· Experience in people management.
