In this role, you will oversee small to medium projects to deliver mainly Medium Voltage Switchgear within the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in Switzerland, from offering to warranty phase, ensuring that they are executed in line with procedures, specifications, standards requirements, and targets.In this role you will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Your responsibilities
- Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders
- Assisting the Project Controls department to define all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, resources and financials
- Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued
- Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials and equipment
- Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Working location can be Morges (VD) or Baden (AG)
Your background
- More than 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably switchgear business, working as Project Manager or project specialist
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
- Preferably educated in the field of electrical engineering, electrotechnics and/or automation
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Reliable team player and personality with integrity
- Independent, customer- and sales-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of French, German and English
- Willingness to travel (around 5% of the time within Switzerland, occasionally abroad to participate at factory acceptance tests)
