Working in the Service department of the Motion Business Area, you will be responsible for providing various services to customers, on drives in France and occasionally abroad.
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical hotline support
- Commission products and/or systems on customer premises
- Support and advise customers throughout maintenance operations
- Carry out expert appraisals and preventive maintenance operations
- Perform corrective maintenance
- Write service reports
- Ensure on-call customer service as part of service contracts
- Promote the Service offer during customer interventions
- Comply with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment policy, and take part in improvement actions.
- Regularly transmit information for administrative follow-up of files
Your background
- Ideally 5 years' experience in customer service, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, after-sales service
- Good autonomy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Rigor, responsiveness, mobility
- Operational technical English required
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment: HSE is everyone's business
