As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day business and work closely with the Talent Managers. During your time as a student, you will get to know the entire spectrum of recruitment in a global management consultancy.
Your tasks as a Working student (m/f/d) - Talent Acquisition include:
- Active involvement in the recruitment process, learning all the relevant steps - from job advertisement to recruitment,
- Taking on independent projects under the guidance of experienced colleagues,
- Research tasks as part of search processes, in particular determining industry, company and personal data using the Internet and various recruitment channels,
- Candidate management, maintenance and updating of internal tools,
You have the following qualifications:
- You have a degree in economics / social sciences or a comparable degree,
- You see your professional future in the HR sector and are looking forward to working in an international environment,
- Initial experience as a researcher in a personnel consultancy is an advantage,
- As a team player, you are open-minded, have a friendly manner and are very well organized,
- Fluency in German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office
