Who will you be joining?
Within the Group Organizations and Holding Operations department, the Holding Operations team is in charge of the process optimization and digitalization of the headquarters operations to offer a customer centric service and state of the art working environment to Allianz SE employees. As a workng student in Corporate Building Services you will be part of the retained organization in Allianz SE that steers the shared service organization for facility management. You will be part of the digitalization of our building operations and help the implementation of innovative solutions to optimize our corporate real estate operations. This role will help to to drive and deliver an integrated strategy that incorporates technologies to increase client centricity, enable the new working model and improve our environmental footprint.
How can you make an impact?
- Supporting the day-to-day business of the retained organization for facility management
- Supporting the planning and organisation of smart building projects (i.e. expansion of e-mobility charging infrastructure)
- Liaising with various departments and project teams, especially with the facility management supplier
- Run team management related tasks, e.g. organizational set-up of the team, administrative tasks, etc.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Moderating and supporting with steering committee meetings
- Supporting the implementation of initiatives, programs and projects to reduce the environmental impact of our Campus
- Conducting analysis and research as well as preparing reports
- Participating in further development of our buildings sustainability strategy and the planning of measures in the ESG context
- Active involvement in current IT sustainability projects
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in engineering, business, or a related field for the entire duration of the position. Specialization on technical fability management or real estate management is a plus.
- Initial experience in E-Mobility infrastructure is an advantage.
- Experience in project management / consulting / insurance are a strong plus
- Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and communication skills
- You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics, you are proactive and have a "can do" mentality
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) and preferably German.
- MS Office skills (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Sustainability is close to your heart and you want to create real impact for the environment and society together with us
- Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year
