Functional area: Operations & Maintenance
 

We are looking for a Working Student (d/f/m) to support in Asset Risk and Lifetime Optimisation topics, with the focus on data preprocessing and analysis, as well as internal tool development. Within this role you will support an international team with gathering, cleaning, processing and analysing data as well as assisting development of tools providing key inputs to the operational planning process. 


Your tasks

  • Deliver on projects for completion of data together with colleagues from different departments
  • Gather data from multiple, scattered sources and synthesize them into insightful reports and presentations
  • Supporting the business by designing and developing operational, managerial and engineering dashboards and KPI’s
  • Developing tools providing input to the operational planning process, which connects multiple inputs from various business stakeholders, forecasting asset technical and financial risks


Your profile

  • You are successfully studying Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or comparable
  • Having a passion for data and the beauty of data visualization
  • Experience with BI Tools like Tableau, or SAC would be an advantage
  • First experience with the data environments, esp.  SQL, R, Python, but also Data Lake, DataBricks, Hadoop, Big Data or Spark would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues all over the world, interact with different stakeholders, and share best practices
  • Self-driven and autonomous way of working
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Fluent in English – writing and speaking, further language skills are beneficial
