Working Student Event Organizer (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Working student (m/f/d) for our Reinsurance entity at Allianz SE in Munich.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Working student (m/f/d) to join our team as student Event Organizer. As a student Event Organizer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing global client events, including but not limited to onsite conference and online community meetings / calls. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and develop valuable organizational and leadership skills.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute our signature event, "the International Reinsurance Workshop” that will be held in person in Munich in October 2024
• Collaborate with the client underwriting team to plan and execute online events with global clients
• Coordinate event logistics, including on-site and online coordination
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure events align with organizational goals and objectives
• Provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future events

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled as a student at University or College
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for event planning and a creative mindset
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Prior experience in event planning or related activities is a plus
