- You provide 1st level IT support and technical assistance via ticket system and in person
- You troubleshoot hardware (laptops, iPhones, docking stations), software and printer issues
- You setup equipment for new employees and complete on/off boarding
- You will document and hand over complex incidents to colleagues from various competence teams for 2nd level support
- You will gain insight into a highly professional device management with standardized infrastructure and security measures in a globally operating company.
