Working Student – Support Inside Sales and IT Tools

Inside Sales is the interface between the sales activities of the technical divisions and the customer. We coordinate all inquiries, offer reviews, offers and orders. We use complex tracking overviews in Excel and various database systems such as CRM, Encoway, Planisware, Share Point and Confluence.
We need your support with the technical IT challenges in our day-to-day work, in the analysis of system operation and in the optimization of structures, applications and action guidelines.

Your Tasks:

• You will analyze our documentation processes and tools and, if necessary, optimize them in terms of handling and operating safety.
• You take over the automation and linking of Excel overviews and their evaluation through corresponding VB programming.
• You support our documentation processes and the evaluation of database systems.
• You will help our teams with the processing of inquiries and peak loads.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in computer science, IT management, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Very good knowledge of Excel with VB programming as well as knowledge of Confluence and Share-Point
• German language skills of at least B2 level

• Very good analytical skills and customer-oriented appearance
• High resilience even in stressful situations
• Independent and careful way of working and ability to work in a team
