Join our startup as a Working Student IT Service/Support (m/f/d) and be part of our pioneering team in driving technological innovations.
Your mission
- Support for the IT & Ops department
- Assistance at the IT service desk and in user support
- Monitoring and control of incoming tickets
- Support in service for mobile devices (notebooks) and administration in internal tools & software
- Assistance in the interface to other departments
- Support in the further development of our own platform
- Activity with up to 20 hours per week
- Manage our Office 365 program, including user creation, license assignment, and email distribution setup.
- Optimize and maintain our Teams environment, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled as a student in an IT-related field, eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
- Possess a genuine passion for technology and a curiosity to explore new tools and techniques.
- Proficient in Windows and Mac OS, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), enabling efficient document creation and management.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in SEO/Content Writing is a plus, showcasing your creativity and writing abilities.
- Knowledge of Office 365 administration and HTML/CSS is advantageous, allowing for greater contributions to our digital initiatives.
