The Role
In our dynamic IT team, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Working Student from our IT Team. Ideally, you will have familiarity with setting up hardware, installing software, and troubleshooting common issues, alongside knowing how to manage software updates and utilize system monitoring tools effectively. Your ability to identify and understand standard IT issues and follow resolution procedures is important.

- Efficiently handle support calls and tickets
- Assist in software and hardware setups for new users
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance
