Your responsibilities
- Support strategic HR Offshore Wind UK & Ireland initiatives and help deliver on individual workstreams in an international work environment
- Learn about our business challenges, conduct research, review and analyse information to address our UK & Ireland business needs
- Support in administrative office tasks
- Closely collaborate with your peers and subject matter experts
- Help design and deliver workshops with management, employees and relevant stakeholders
- Work on concepts, strategies and decision proposals for sponsors and management
- Share your ideas on the development of new strategic topics and solutions for HR Offshore Wind
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration, economics, business psychology with a focus on human resources or similar and have achieved excellent academic results (as a Bachelor's student you have already completed the first 3 semesters)
- First experience working in Strategy, Project Management or Consulting (e. g. as intern or Working Student)
- Aptitude for analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking as well as creative and strategic thinking skills
- Structured, independent working style with a high degree of reliability and commitment
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a variety of new topics and an elevated level of customer orientation
- Eager to work in a team with an open feedback culture and strong motivation to develop yourself personally and professionally
- Fluent German and English language skills, both verbal and written, as well as advanced MS-Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
- Some knowledge of HR industry and the UK & Ireland is a plus
