The HR Working Student/ (m/w/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for
- Participation in the daily administrative and organizational implementation of HR topics
- Maintenance of personnel databases
- Onboarding activities
This position is part of HR Department located in Krefeld, Germany and will be a hybrid workplace. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participation in the daily administrative and organizational implementation of HR topics
- Maintenance of personnel databases
- Onboarding activities
The essential requirements of the job include:
- You are enrolled as a student at a German university, preferably specializing in Human Resources or Personnel Psychology
- You are willing to work at least two-three days a week (20 hours/week, >20 hours/week during the semester break)
- A high degree of commitment paired with self-initiative and reliability.
- Confident and professional appearance, as well as a high degree of commitment and organizational strength
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
