As a Working Student or Intern (d/f/m) in our global Talent Attraction & Acquisition team, you will support our international Talent Acquisition Manager in their daily work and make a valuable contribution to the team's success.

Your tasks

• You support our Talent Acquisition team in the supervision, coordination and handling of end-to-end recruiting processes
• You create meaningful and attractive job advertisements and take care for their target group-oriented publication
• You research for alternative ways and portals to recruit for specific positions
• You support our HR Marketing activities (e.g. university activities, fairs, social media, campaigns)
• You review and pre-select application documents as well as conducting initial telephone interviews
• You conduct talent sourcing (direct search) on online career networks

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student (d/f/m) of social sciences or economics or a comparable course of study
• You have first practical experience in the field of human resources and recruiting through internships or working student activities
• You enjoy modern HR work in an international company at the core of the energy transition
• You feel confident handling MS Office and learn quickly new IT tools
• You bring a high level of initiative, reliability and strong organizational skills
• You work in a structured, detail-oriented and independent way
• You are fluent in German and English, French is a plus
