AVL Software and Functions GmbH offers a job in Poland (PL) as

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting the workplace organization and supporting our employees in everyday tasks
• Supporting the employees with arranging business trips
• Maintaining the order in the office and control reported problems
• Preparing substantive description of invoices
• Cooperation with English-speaking departments (HR, IT, Controlling)
• Checking the incoming and outcoming correspondence
• Coordinating the orders coming to the office
• Communicating with external suppliers
• Coordination of sending and picking-up the deliveries
• Organise integrations and events for employees, creating a friendly atmosphere in the workplace and building relationships within the team
• Realise your own ideas for different occasions, e.g. themed days

Your profile:

• Relevant computer skills (proficient on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, optionally Outlook)
• Very good Polish and English skills, German would be an asset
• Excellent organizational and communicational skills, flexibility
• Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels
• Open for learning of new skills
