In this key role you are expected to use your analytical skills and the empathy to undertake case specific UX research, but also evangelize about why your chosen UX related methods are useful in the company.
For this you will work hand in hand with UI designers and information architects. You are responsible to analyze and develop appropriate methods how to extract user and customer requirements through UX research techniques.
You will facilitate UX workshops with both internal and external customers and users to identify pain points and to understand customers and users’ needs. This will include expert interviews and all kind of ÚX methods, supporting the creation and feedback cycles of digital service design.
Your inputs will be relevant to SCRUM teams and usability testing in parallel with development. As a result of your work you will have be will be evangelizing UX research in the company.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who has a proven track record in understanding customer and user requirements and transforming these into applicable, mental models.
You are used to work hands-on and know how to translate users and customers' expectations into conceptional models. Ideally, you are aware the difference between psychological category/concept building and UI concept building. You are a self-organizing, high-profile specialist with strong motivation to enlighten by information compression and are proficient with mental modelling & prototyping tools and have excellent communication and product design skills.
You are result-oriented, quality-conscious and have a structured and systematic approach to your work. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing your priorities and meet deadlines. You have expert communication skills and the ability to use your interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between different parties. For this you possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, including proficiency with tools to extract, analyze and classify knowledge from all parties relevant to the production process. Knowing how to create Wireframes yourself is a plus. You have at least 5 years of experience working with UI/UX design, preferably in a UX researcher's role. This includes leading expert interviews and applied all kind of ÚX methods, fostering creation and feedback cycles of digital software development. You hold a master's degree in psychology, communications design, UX design or similar
You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
You have 5 years + of experience working with UI / UX design and experience with UI design and creating wireframes.
Experience in industrial HMI creation is a plus, as well as proficiency with tools like Figma, Axure, Webflow, Adobe Illustrator etc.
You hold a master’s degree in information design, communications design, UX design or similar.
