AdresseYour mission as a Senior UX Researcher at SoSafe is to dive deep into the psyche of both our customers' employees (our users) and their security teams, unraveling their needs, behaviors, and challenges. You will work alongside several teams within a program and help pave the path to more intuitive, engaging experiences through user journey mapping and rigorous usability testing. Your insights will be the beacon guiding our product evolution, ensuring simplicity and effectiveness in tackling complex cybersecurity concepts.
Key Outcomes
Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will:
- Develop a deep, empathetic understanding of our users' needs, behaviors, and pain points in cybersecurity awareness through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Create detailed user journey maps highlighting key touchpoints, barriers, and opportunities for enhancing the user experience across our strategic programs.
- Identify and address friction points through iterative usability testing, leading to measurable user satisfaction and engagement improvements.
- Deliver actionable insights that inform and influence product design and strategy, resulting in user-centered feature developments and iterations.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring research findings are effectively integrated into product development.
- Establish and standardize UX research methodologies and best practices within the organization to enhance our overall research capability.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of UX improvements on user experience and product performance, demonstrating the value of research-driven design decisions
Your profile
- Proven experience in UX research, with a portfolio showcasing your impact on product design and strategy through user insights.
- Expertise in various qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive product innovation.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for user-centered design and a relentless drive to understand and solve user problems in the cybersecurity domain.
