Pay Rate: £24,956.90 + 30% Shift Premium + Any Overtime
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 of 7 days - 37.5hrs per week - 22:00-06:00
Location: Thrapston (NN14 4QT)

DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Training Instructor to play a vital role to deliver first class training on site to new and existing staff.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

Role Purpose:

• To lead a team of performance coaches to deliver first class training on site processes and procedures to new and existing staff.
• To train colleagues to RTITB standard on site MHE as required by volumes and licences refresh dates
• To lead induction training for all new employees - amend induction in line with site changes
• To work closely with CI team to ensure Standard Work confirmations are aligned to training approach also to drive standardisation in the operation and to sustain continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Previous operations experience - essential
• Experience in team management - essential
• Various MHE licences - essential
• RTITB qualified trainer - essential
• Dangerous goods training - essential
• Good communication skills (verbal & written) - essential
