Deliver in-person instructor-led Language Trainings in English and/or German
Management and communication of all training groups you’ll deliver trainings to
Design and use different training methods for online and offline trainings
Organize and monitor the entire registration process of language courses
Work very close with the colleagues responsible for other training topics to improve training skills and training quality
Translation of training documents

Relevant proven work experience as a trainer
Business fluency in German and English, fluency in a third language is desired
Proactive and independent work style desired, very organized and structured
Experience in creating and developing own training materials
Experience within a training organization desired
Open mindset and willingness to work in an international and fast paced environment
Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
