As a Project Support Trainee, you will work in close cooperation with the Training Development team. You will collect the materials and content received, creating the training according to the templates and defined standards.
In your new role, you will:
- Be responsible for the correctness, completeness, and consistency of the training material register;
- Maintain and update training material in the training tool;
- Ensure the usage of the defined templates and standards;
- Perform consistent quality checks regarding the fulfillment of training material standards and user-friendliness;
- Support Training Development activities.
Your Profile
You have a proactive personality and strong attention to detail. You are a fast learner, who can easily adapt to new situations and work in collaboration with your team. Furthermore, you have excellent communication and organizational skills.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Have a degree in Education, Languages, Communication, Multimedia, Web Design, or a similar field;
- Are a problem solver who can easily master new tools and software from the user’s perspective;
- Are a team player who can work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Have a proactive and structured way of working and pay attention to detail;
- Have solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
- Know authoring or training tools and SAP – would be an advantage;
- Are fluent in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
