Job description

Shape the future with us and actively contribute to the development and operation of state-of-the-art IT solutions in global and dynamic teams. The solutions created are pioneering for the IT landscape within the entire Infineon Group.
Join our Trainee Program and benefit from an individually designed orientation phase, training and networking activities. In a 24-month program, you will get to know our semiconductor group and the associated IT infrastructure and immerse yourself in the globally networked IT operations of our group. In regular feedback loops, we will support you in your professional development and ensure your success in your position.
In the Trainee Program you will have the opportunity to get to know the IT Operations team. The team focuses on the IT environment that is in respect of end-user needs. It is acting as the main authority for all so called Workplace related topics. Those can range from physical and virtual asset management, application management, delivery and development to Network infrastructure and many more. Our goal is to keep productivity of users working at Infineon up by providing them the tools they need and helping them to overcome problems they might face.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• a university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information & Computer Science or similar fields
• experience in software development and/or system administration
• know-how of common office solutions
• a good command of English
• knowledge in the area of databases or reporting is an advantage

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
