Trainee Program within Compliance

• YOU will regularly rotate through different areas of Compliance while learning on-the-job
• YOU will meet and learn from international experts, including a stint at a Compliance department of a RBI subsidiary in CEE
• YOU will see the overlap between Markets & Investment Banking and Compliance area
• YOU will get in touch with the RBI Blockchain Hub and RBI Sustainable Finance and learn about the importance of compliance in these business areas

Your core competencies

• YOU are about to finish your bachelor studies or have recently started your master studies in relevant fields (preferred legal/business/technical education)
• YOU have an interest in the financial industry and in compliance topics
• YOU have a customer-oriented, proactive, flexible and dynamic personality
• YOU are fluent in English, proficiency in German is not mandatory but is advantageous (especially for dealing with legal documents)
