Your mission
- Join us for the duration of 12-24 months (depending on your career plans and expertise)
- Rotate through our core departments – or through your individual selection of this same: Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering & Data, Marketing, People & Culture, Finance & Operations, Metis
- Support with strategic topics and take ownership for your own projects
- Figure out your strengths and career ambitions to be ready for a full-time position after your traineeship
- Get accompanied on your journey by your personal mentor from our leadership team
- Get involved in customer meetings, including Business Trips & Conferences (i.e. to Brazil, Scandinavia, Asia, USA…)
Your skillset
- You have graduated successfully, and are ready to ramp-up your career
- You want to spend at least 12 months to get insights into all strategic departments of a business, starting date Q3/Q4 2024
- You are a highly driven individual with strong analytical skills
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, come up with solutions and get things done
- You learn fast and aim to grow professionally every day
- You are fluent in both German and English
