The role

• Processing incoming calls, chats, and emails from consumers and contractors, including Onsite/Offsite optimization error repair.
• On-site/off-site diagnostics of inverters
• Troubleshooting onsite/offsite communication issues
• New troubleshooting material should be added to the knowledge base utilised by other technical support employees.
• You document, process, monitor and coordinate your inquiries (in the support tool, CRM)
• You verify and authorise replacement shipments in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• You establish Technical Support - Tier 2 support orders and oversee their implementation.

Your profile

Personality that demonstrates commitment and responsibility, along with a completed electrotechnical education (professional experience in service, customer support, or maintenance is a plus) or a subject-specific degree.

• You have a strong aptitude for photovoltaics, which is an asset.
• You enjoy making phone calls and have mastered the laws of electronic mail communication.
• You communicate with consumers, employees, and partners with confidence and tact, but you are always cordial.
• You have mastered all standard Microsoft Office applications and may securely use them
• You are proficient in both German and English.
